Meet Nachelle

Hi, I’m Nachelle a woman of God, proud wife, mom of six, and “Granny” to eight. Family, faith, and creativity are at the heart of everything I do.

I’m a pastry chef, event and party planner, crafter, and the owner of Rose’s Cakes & Catering LLC & Co-Owner of Matters You Need To Know.

For years, I’ve poured joy into custom treats, unforgettable events, and handcrafted creations. Through my creative, catering, and marketing services, I’ve had the honor of supporting organizations such as the American Cancer Society, SSM Health DePaul Hospital, and Peabody Energy, while also catering for prominent individuals throughout St. Louis. I’ve collaborated with title companies, real estate firms, radio programs, just to name a few.

My passion for creating and sharing naturally led to the birth of Designs by Nachelle a space where creativity thrives and ideas come to life.

I’m loving the digital marketing and AI world, learning so much in this growing industry and integrating it into everyday life, my small business, and even helping others step into and grow within it themselves.

Giving back is deeply important to me. Over the years, I’ve led Thanksgiving giveaways, Christmas drives, and back-to-school initiatives, always with the goal of supporting families and strengthening community.

As a carcinoid cancer tumor survivor, COVID survivor, and someone navigating other chronic health challenges, my journey has shaped my faith and resilience. There were seasons where healing required me to take a back seat for several years. But over the past year, I’ve been slowly & steadily stepping back into my purpose returning to crafting and slowly re-entering the digital marketing world, where I continue to grow, rebuild, and create with intention.

My desire to leave a meaningful legacy for my grandchildren fuels everything I do.
